Eligible Returns
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product or flavour
- The product is unopened and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to food safety regulations. Sale items are final sale unless defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
